- Chargebacks may result in immediate access revocation.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with operations, or infringe on others’ rights.
- No illegal content, harassment, or intellectual property violations.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or rate-limiting circumvention.
- Respect fair use on shared infrastructure.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages where permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and code are owned by Ashgrove or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service.
User content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to the platform. You may terminate at any time; obligations that by nature survive, will survive termination.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law or our services. Material changes will be announced in advance. The countdown above shows when the current version becomes effective.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law of your country unless mandatory local law applies. Disputes will be addressed through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, binding arbitration where permitted.
